If she acts as if she won’t cooperate say, then I’m going to have to ask you to please not attend as it’s a question of respect. If she gets really angry or insulting say look, I don’t know what to say other than it’s unpleasant eating with you as you talk and we can see food etc and it’s unpleasant.
