Never underestimate an old man with a motorcycle who was born in May shirt. I think it’s great to see beautiful women wearing trainers or white what I used to call as a child plimsolls with trousers or dresses they look great we really don’t need those uncomfortable heels. There is a happy medium. I think something which is totally flat is bad too. Men get to have much better support in their shoes, and some of the things that are styled for women have no support anywhere. A comfortable shoe to wear all day should have a little rise, some padding in the sole, support for arches, and cover enough of the instep to make them unlikely to slip. It is very hard to find a decent women’s shoe that has all these features. Linda Heslegrave I agree about that, I’m just observing how hard it is to find a decent shoe.
