In his mind you are going to get it a whole lot worse if you dont change your behavior before you join the world of real men. Trust me here, when you start acting like a man, people will treat you like a man. If you look like a man and act like a boy, grown ass men will still treat you like a man. Some of it is because of genes. How much is debatable. I’m in the camp that parenting and living in the same household have little effect and personality similarity to parents is mostly biological.
