My capacity for dealing with people at all in a Lips shut the fuck up shirt. As such, I’m going to be very particular about whom I expend that precious mental energy on. There’s no point in blowing my wad, so to speak, on someone I’m only lukewarm toward or may not even like at all. If I have a limited amount of mental energy to spend, I’m going to do it with people I actually enjoy spending time with. And that requires me to be. Live a little below your means, but still comfortable.
