Until profiteering capitalism is got rid of the headlong rush to planetary destruction will continue, maybe at a slightly slower rate if governments act NOW, but it will continue. We need to replace the desire for profit and big bank balances, islands in the sun and big new shiny possessions with personal satisfaction for just doing good work or making a contribution or new innovation, we cannot continue with the current destructive and illogical aspirations ingrained in the world of money and business that is brainwashed into the population at large by the richest. Eternal growth and investment capitalism is an outdated philosophy that is killing the planet – and people like you are part of the problem as you support the system that kills us all.
