Yes the person who sent that last text does have to live with that for the rest of their life but should we not be asking at what point does it become a criminal offence?, have they not caused a death to happen? Something has to be done to prevent another family from going through this. It should have laws and punishments jusy as stalking or harassment has for adults, they should be expelled if they continue to bully and there should be punishment for the parents if it doesnt stop aswell! Bullying is all down to jealousy. So heartbreaking to hear such a deeply sad story.
