I was using knee and back brace bandages and a May be I’m too late to be her first but right now I’m preparing to be her last shirt, no help from my mom, and I was on verge of a nervous break down because both sets of parents were driving me literally to the brink of a psychotic break down. I still didn’t use it as an excuse to not get out of bed and work, get my own groceries, or figure out a way to adapt. I took my ass to a psychiatrist to get help. That started my journey of self-awareness and tapping into the root issues of my mental health problems so I could see things more introspectively.
