It’s counterproductive. I’m thankful and know there are Dinosaur T-rex and Mickey mouse wrong park shirt. It’s not an excuse. I do feel blessed. To anyone reading this struggling, it’s not easy to be 100% honest with yourself and dig up those buried route issue bones, but it’s worth it. Trust me. Everyone has some sort of struggle, some like me have repeat traumas, good days, and bad days where your PTSD gets the best of you and you have a full blown anxiety attack. Some have more compound or intersectional struggles. But that’s okay, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed just because you have a bad day. Own up to your shortcomings.
